An expanding list of really free software, open source or freeware, that I have located on my on-line ventures and in most cases have used with satisfactory results. I will be cross-categorising some so that they can be easily found even if someone doesn’t think of them like I would (e.g. Spam filters & utilities will show up under both, the E-mail and Anti Spam categories).

Here you will find no time-limited shareware, no crippleware and no ad-ware or spy-ware containing applications. Just absolutely free and useful (to my best judgement) software for almost all possible uses.

You are strongly encouraged to comment on software entries with your positive or negative experiences feedback, or to suggest other completely free apps you think should be included in the list, or to point out changes that would suggest removal from the list (a change of free status or policy on behalf of a developer…)

On the Home page you can always see the latest additions (posts) to all sections of the dip. You can also use the calender on the right to see the posts as they were being added by date. It’ll help you locate the ones you haven’t already seen if you have visited here before, or you are looking for a specific post (although the “search” field might prove more helpful in this case).
